Wall bracing EC is the powerful software for the structural analysis of wall bracing!

Wall Bracing EC calculates wall bracings completely - two-story bracings even with wind loads on the compression member, with dimensioning of compression members, with dimensioning of diagonals, with dimensioning of connection details such as bolted connections of diagonals to gusset plates.
Calculations and dimensioning are performed according to the current EuroCode standard by default, but can also be performed according to DIN 18800 if required.
Wall Bracings EC is a product of the STAHL 2000 series and is available both as a stand-alone program and as part of the Program Packages Hall and Static Analysis.
Thanks to STAHL 2000's proven tab system, the calculation and dimensioning of the wall bracings is completed in a minimum of time.
Wall bracing offers you many possible variations. Basically, you can calculate 4 types of wall bracing:
Standard cross bracing
K-bracing
Double cross bracing
Multi-story bracing
If required, the horizontal load on the eaves beam can be automatically imported from a previous roof bracing calculation.
For double cross bracing, the compression member can also be designed as a wall beam with wind load as an option.
With Wall Bracing EC, you can dimension all affected components directly.
This saves a lot of time and effort and reduces the potential for errors!
The diagonal braces can be used either as
angle profiles bolted to a gusset plate
a round bar welded to a flat bar, or
as a threaded rod.
The compression bars are supplied by Wandverband EC either as
I-shaped rolled or
sheet metal profiles or
as round tubes.
The standard output system of STAHL 2000 is used to output the results.
You can preview the output on the screen, display graphics (system, influence lines) and output to a printer, PDF or Word document.
